I would like to know your opinions about some questions on an application for Subway.?

I have already filled out the questions but I just would like to nkow if they sound stupid, or if I answered them wrong.

1. A customer complains that he was short changed by you receiving only 13 cents change from 2.00 dollar instead of 31 cents. What would you do?

2. Which do you consider more important as far as a restaurant is concerned- courteous, prompt service or a quality product?

3. What do you consider to be the most important qualifications of a Subway employee?

4. You are working alone and your shift is due to be over at 6:00 PM. The individual who is scheduled to start working at 6:00 PM does not show up, what do you do?

1. Deeply apologize and give the correct change.

2. Both are equally as important.

3. Willingness to work, quick, courteous

i agree with the answers given for 2-4, but for 1 you definitely need to have the drawer checked before just giving out change, unless you are sure that you didnt give the correct amount the first time. whoever checks the drawer will be able to tell if you gave the correct amount of change out.
