Say "So so sorry mam/sir. Let me get the correct amount of change." Idk I have never worked at subway so my advice is.....helpful I hope? I know I would say "Oh im sorry mam for the mistake it's my dyslexia" or something like that because I mix my numbers up all the time.Subway application quick question help!?
