It's the application to purchase a Subway franchise (in other words, to open a new Subway location). They ask much more information because they need to evaluate if you can afford to run it or have the management skills needed. It's not at all related to jobs.What is this subway application for:?
On the top it says "application for additional information". So that means it is for additional information. :)
