How to give in application at subway?

I found out Subway is hiring and I went there to take ask if they're hiring and they said yes and to apply I have to go online fill out an application form and come in and give it to them. My question is do I have to dress up or do I just go in and give it to them and leave and hope they call? How to give in application at subway?
I'm applying there too! Except, they actually gave me an application.

Well, when you get it printed and all filled out, you don't need to dress up to hand it in, but don't look like a slob either.

When you go in, ask for the manager and introduce yourself and hand them your application and say that you're applying. This allows the manager to actually see who you are and you will be considered more closely.

Give them a couple days (maybe like 5-7 days) and if they haven't called then go back in and ask if it would help if you filled out another application. If you do this, they'll see that you are determined to get the job.

Personally, I would dress nicely and when you go in, ask to see the manager. You don't need to be in a suit or anything, but a nice pair of pants, shirt, and shoes will make a good impression. If they don't let you see the manager, just go ahead and hand in the resume. But if they do let you see the manager, be really polite, hand it to him/her and ask if there is any other information that they'll need from you. Even if there is nothing, the fact that you are dressed nicely, can communicate with the manager, and have taken the time to fill out the application should put you ahead of some kid who just came off the street in jeans and a t-shirt. Also, fill out the application completely and neatly. Little things like that count.

BTW - Musik Chik gave an excellent response. I'd follow her advice.

I worked at subway for about a year. And I was not dressed up nice when handing in my application. So don't worry about dressing up nice just make sure that you don't look like a hobo when ur handing it in. All you really can do is wait for them to call you. It took me about 4 to 5 times of putting in a applications before even hearing back from the manager. How to give in application at subway?
apparently applying is a general thing and until they have an opening and you might fit the bill, there will not be someone there to interview you

therefore no need to dress up

when you get a notice for an interview, that's a good time to look good
I would dress appropriately, so what if it is just subway, subway will want people who are serious about their job/company.
