A customer complains that he was short changed by you recieving only 13 cents change from 2 dollars instead of 31 cents. What do you do?
Which do you consider most important qualifcations of a employee?
You are workinf alone %26amp; the shift if over at 6. The person scheduled to begin working at 6 doesnt show. What do you do?
Which do you consider more more important as far as a restaurant is converned-courteous, prompt service or a quality product?Questions for my subway application?
1. ask the customer to hold on one moment and speak with your manager.
2. dedication and customer service
3. stay until the person for the next shift shows up, speak with the manager to make sure that person is still coming in that night and isn't sick.
4. both, quality is very important but so is courteous prompt service, if you can do both without sacrificing the other.Questions for my subway application?
If its just 31 cents give it to him
being on time
stay till someone shows up
being courteousQuestions for my subway application?
1) Just give him the change. A store till is hardly ever even and it's not worth it to count the drawn for loose chain. Rather make a customer happy than angry.
2) Hardworking, dedication, team player
3) Call the employee first, and then if no answer then call the manager
4) Quality product - i would rather wait and have it be good, than quick service and have the sandwich put together horribly!Questions for my subway application?
give him the change....honesty....stay there, call your manager.....quality product.
1. You should be able to count change, so even if you hit a button incorrectly, you can recognize the mistake.
2. Reliability, strong work ethic, good hygiene, able to deal with different types of customers (especially difficult ones), ability to work well with coworkers.
3. Call your supervisor, but stay until someone comes to take over for you.
4. Both are important . . . you can't prioritize one over the other. Employees must be able to be courteous while creating a product that will bring customers to the restaurant.
Hope this helps.
