Help with job application?

im applying for subway as my first job, i turn 16 tomorrow, haha. but i need help with some of these questions.



1) which do you consider more important as far as a restaurant is concerned- courteous, prompt service, or a quality product?



2) What do you consider to be the most important qualifications of a Subway employee?



3) You are working alone and your shift is due to be over at 6 P.M. The individual who is scheduled to begin working at 6 P.M does not show up. What do you do?





PLEASEEE HELP ME.

i want to turn this in tomorrow, but i really cant think of any good answers for these questions.Help with job application?
1. Courtesy. You can serve a poor quality item late but if you are courteous, most people won't make a fuss. Doesn't matter if you serve good food quickly, if you are rude, most people wouldn't come back.

2. Courteous, team player, on time and conscientious.

3. Let the supervisor know and wait as long as you can for a replacement to show up.Help with job application?
1. I would say all three, but if you had to choose one it would be quality product. Because if you put your heart into it to give your customers a quality product, they will come back.

#3. I would wait til 6:30 to see if they came in late or had an emergency, if they dont show up by then, either contact the employee or contact a manager to make accomidations. If possible offer to stay late.Help with job application?
1.) The three are equally important in the success of a store. If you have a mean, uncaring employee it will effect the customer. If the employees can't keep up with demand, it effects the customer and if the food is not up to par or beyond. Then it effects the customer.



2,) Subway employees need to have a good sense of hygiene.

They need to have a good sense of how to deal with customers.



3.) Call your supervisor and wait for the employee to arrive.Help with job application?
just be honest..and answer like a normal person.



1) prompt courteous service is always first.They have the product



2) To get the customer's order filled and out the door as fast as possible.(that always makes for a happy customer).

3) You NEVER leave your post..You wait until they do show up,because if you are working alone(think about it)There wouldn't be anyone there to wait on customers.

Just state that "I would never leave my position unattended

if my next coworker did not show. You would call management as soon as you got a chance.
1. Most important is a quality product. It is what ensures repeat customers

2. It is important for an employee to be presentable and pleasant. Customers should be happy to step into the store.

3. I call my supervisor and wait till another employee shows up.
