Calling in for a job interview or not?

im 16 and i handed in 3 applications today...Starbucks, Jamba Juice, and Subway. Now i will be patient but the last job i applied to (Jack in the box) didn't respond back to me. i want to make bank and get a job but i dont want to be annoying to the employees..should i call them back to see if my resume was read in like a few weeks or just wait out until if anything happens?Calling in for a job interview or not?
You should call any employer back, after handing in an application. Wait 4 days to a week after applying, and ask the status of your application. When you hand-in applications hand it to a manager, IF they allow you to speak to a manager. Most of the places near me rearly allow you to speak to management when applying.

I just want to aware you of Starbucks. Starbucks isn't easy to get into, even if they are hiring. I've been "rejected" for jobs at Starbucks even though I have experience. Just be patient, let the employers know you want the job, dress nice and clean, and act awake. There's people, who apply for jobs and apply half asleep. Those people don't get far...GoodluckCalling in for a job interview or not?
Yes it is ok to do this. It shows your interest in being employed there. Ask for the hiring manager and tell them why they should hire you. What makes you stand out from other emplyess! (Best attributes or personal traits) Good LuckCalling in for a job interview or not?
With the job market the way it is, I think you should wait 2-3 then call to ask if they had considered your application, and wish to know if they had made a decision yet.

Tell them you are ardent about finding a job, and would like to know if you were being considered.

Dont give up. I know several people who have been looking for jobs for well over a year. Of different ages, and different levels of education.

Unemployment is very very high now.Calling in for a job interview or not?
No, don't call. Go in person and hand the manager your resume.
