I'm 17 and just got a new job and there doing a criminal background check. I worked at Subway when I was 15 and didn't care that time about a job and got fired but now I need to fix my mistakes. Can they find if I worked there? And no I have no criminal background with anything not even SubwayI didn't put past jobs on my application?
They are looking to find out if you have a criminal record. I wouldn't sweat it about Subway when you were 15. You shouldn't put a job on your application or resume from a place where you were fired.
