Inverview at Subway on tuesday?!?

I saw a sign at Subway today that on Tuesday they have open interviews from 2-4. I kept trying to apply there (they have had a help wanted sign for a few months) I went in twice they said they ran out of applications and to go online, but the app online never worked. I was so thrilled when i saw they are having open interviews...im kind of nervous.



Im 16 years old (17 in November), a Junior in High School. Im going to be homeschooled this year, I have fairly decent grades and i was invovled in things like Lacrosse and the Spanish club. I know a little bit of spanish (taking Spanish 2 this year). I have kinda loud and peppy (not annoying lol) and I can talk with people well and people always notice my positive attitude. I also only live 2-3 miles away. Am I a good job canidate?



Also, what exactly do they do at open interviews? What questions am I going to be asked? How should I dress? Any tips! Thanks!Inverview at Subway on tuesday?!?

I would say dress semi casual, a white button down shirt and black pants and shoes are restaraunt industry standards. It's ok to be a little nervous, and even to admit it!
