Applying for my first job?

I'm really nervous. I just printed out 5 subway applications and I'm about to go to the subways to see if there's any openings. This is going to be the first time I attempt to get a job. How should I ask? Should I go with plain clothes or professional clothes? I am a teen and live in California and not really sure about the work permits. Applying for my first job?
Here's a video on how to dress for a job interview. It's maybe more for an office type of job, but still has some good tips.

And here's one about how to ace an interview, also some good stuff.

There's also a lot of other "how to get a job" kind of stuff on that site. Just be calm and be yourself. Above all, be clean and polite! Practice what you're going to say ahead of time, and when you say it, say it loudly, clearly, and SLOWLY!

Good luck!Applying for my first job?
Well in the ads that you've seen, there should be a number that you can call, or a website that you can apply online at. When called in for an interview, wear plain clothes, like jeans and stuff. Look presentable, answer all questions professionally and try to relax and be yourself. You should get the job. Applying for my first job?
First of all, why would you want work in a subway instead of a store? how old are you?
