Questions for current/previous Subway employees!?

Thanks for clicking on here. Lol :)

I'm looking into applying for a job at the nearest Subway by my house.

What kind of stuff is on the application?

What are some of the questions the manager asked you?

How much do/did you get paid?

How often do/did you work?

What was the hardest part of the job?

Is there a lot/specific things to learn?

What are the busiest times?

What positions are there (and a brief description please :$)?

I'm 16 (17 in december), This would be my first job (but not my first job interview) I live in Ontario

Thank you in advance, your answers are greatly appreciated.Questions for current/previous Subway employees!?

i dont know to much about things in Canada, but in America the people who work at subway are the Worst employees. it is such ez work this is all you have to do:

"what would you like?"

then the customer tells you... and you put in on the sandwhich,

then before you take the money at the cash register ask the customer "Drink, chips 2 dolla"Questions for current/previous Subway employees!?
you're a pretty %26amp;smart-looking girl....

it's just making sandwiches. just be friendly, polite, tell them you're good with people, learn quick and are eager to start.Questions for current/previous Subway employees!?
relax/ make sure you have good comfortable shoes, your feet and legs will thank you

busy 11-1 4- 8 all day long on weekends amd holidays

hard learning all the sub combos and prep work

4 day work week 2 years ago
On the application you get the name, address, phone number and previous work history. Since you have no work history put down "N/A" or not applicable.

I started at 7.50 an hour.

I worked part- time 4 hours 5 days a week

Not a lot of things to learn just make good sandwiches

Busiest times where I worked were lunch time %26amp; after 5 o'clock we had a lot of specials and discounts after 5 p.m. and a lot of people that just got off work would come in.

All starting positions beside shift supervisor and manager had the same wages at the subway i was working at. Especially since you're entry level there is really only one position for you--sandwich maker or "sandwich artist" they say.

FYI: when you first start working there, they usually have a "secret shopper" someone who comes in and orders a sandwich to see how good you are at making it.. so be on your toes!!!

Good Luck :)
