Does this mean i have the job?

I turned in an Application at Subway last week on Thursday they called me on Monday and asked me to come in for an Interview, the first Interview went great and at the end of it the manager told me to come in the following Thursday for a second Interview then today day she told me that she had to wait for her manager to e-mail her tell her who was getting the job so she said she would call me at 5pm that same day but she never called what does that mean?Does this mean i have the job?

but it appears there is 1 manager who interviewed you, and then a 2nd manager who makes the final decision? and then today you had a second interview with manager #1, and manager #1 said she'd call and let you know at 5:00 what was decided.



could be a lot of things... maybe manager #1 had multiple second interviews, and gave her recommendations for manager #2 to make the decision and manager #1 never heard back from #2 and thus instead of wasting time calling to let you know a decision hasn't been made, she didn't call you back yet... or they hired someone else, and often times for jobs like this they don't notify everyone who they didn't hire.. if you don't hear back by a certain time tomorrow, i'd suggest calling and checking in to see what they decided.

Technically, it doesn't mean you have the job, you are still in the process of either getting hired for the job or getting declined. Just because this person has not contacted you yet it doesn't mean you were hired or declined; its just a inconvenience. I suggest you just wait and see.Does this mean i have the job?
It could mean that she has lost your phone number.

Sadly it probably means that you didn't get the job.
