Wow, how much does Chefette pay the Barbadian government for their monopoly?

Geez, they sure like to turn down lots of applications from foreign fast food outlets like Subway, TGIFridays and others. They even ran McDonald's out. I don't know how KFC has remained there.

What's the deal?Wow, how much does Chefette pay the Barbadian government for their monopoly?
I do not believe that they pay the government anything. I think that they claim that they might be taking away business from them. McDonald's did not succeed because Bajans do not like hamburgers but chicken. They even offered the Big Mac at $.99 and lots of people bought them but they still shut down. TGI Fridays is operating out of Hastings and seem to be doing well. Kentucky will remain because Bajans like chicken and lots of fast food.

Bajans aren't burger eaters... Plus Bajans follow British English. So when you say "Burger" it is supposed to be a thick slice. Some Bajans felt jipped Because McDonalds came with this tiny little thin patties...

lol lol i doubt very much that they have to pay the government for being the monopoly basically but they would have to pay taxes just like anyone else.
