Do you really think working at a sub place is worth this kind of hassle?

Look for another job.Subway and it's culture??? (link attached)?
The 'culture' is not a 'link' you can hit ... you'll have to read all of the different stories on that site, and be prepared to ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR READING ... do you agree, disagree (not a good idea to disagree when you are applying for a job) or 'not care' (also not a good idea). Subway is a 'fast food operation' that is now going through a lot of 'changes' due to the 'healthier eating' that most people are trying to do, so if you can 'be very pro-active' about how HEALTHY their 'new' choices are (they do offer fruit as a side, instead of just chips, and water instead of pop, and milk for children) you'll be a 'good candidate' to get hired ... I'll have a 'seafood sub' with NO olives or pickles ... and a water, please. No 'side' ... and make it a 6" on Italian with garlic bread.Subway and it's culture??? (link attached)?
That just means to find out all you can about subway and the way they do business....what they value, etc. , how they want the customer to see their restaurants, etc. So read everything you can on their website. Go to a few different subways this weekend and notice what they're like. Pay special attention to the information you'll find when you click the "about us" tab on the website. You'll do fine.
